1. NO SMOKING / NO VAPING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. A $500 deep-cleaning fee will be charged if any smoke odor is detected. 2. CLEANING & REFUELING: Please return the RV with a clean interior and the fuel (Gas) tank filled to the same level as pickup. Additional cleaning or refueling fees may apply otherwise. 3. DUMPING TANKS: Both the grey and black waste tanks must be completely emptied before returning the vehicle. A $150 dumping fee will be charged if they are not emptied. 4. ROOF ACCESS PROHIBITED: For safety reasons, guests are strictly prohibited from climbing the rear ladder or accessing the roof of the RV. Any roof damage will be the full responsibility of the renter. 5. AWNING USE: Please retract the outdoor awning during high winds, heavy rain, or when leaving the RV unattended to prevent wind damage. 6. CAUTION ON BUMPY ROADS & INCLINES: Please drive very slowly on bumpy roads. The bottom clearance of this RV is low, so it can easily scrape on steep speed bumps, dips, or sudden inclines. Please avoid these types of roads whenever possible to prevent undercarriage damage. 7. OFF-ROAD LIMITATION: Driving on unpaved roads, rough off-road trails, or beaches is strictly prohibited.
