mud, etc.
-$1,000 Security Deposit REFUNDABLE

- Fuel tank to be returned full (it will be full when you receive it). If not full upon return, you will be charged whatever it costs to fill the tank plus $50 additional fee.
- $275 prep fee. This covers the cost of owner having to restock and sanitize the
RV and LP refill. However, if deep cleaning is involved due to heavier mess, there will be an additional excessive cleaning fee as stated above.

5.0Lynn was great! The RV had everything we needed, from bedding and extra blankets to pots and pans. She even offered her slow cooker and pressure cooker (which I used daily)! They were very prompt to respond to any questions and accommodating with our timeline. Thorough intro to RV how to as well! Would definitely recommend!

5.0This was a great experience overall. The RV was fantastic and was stocked with supplies and the owners Anthony and Lynn were amazing hosts! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to do road trips in the Vegas and Utah area.

5.0We absolutely enjoyed using Lynn and Tony's RV. I started planning this trip well over a year in advance. Communication with them was always very prompt and helpful. We were first time RV drivers/trippers. The RV handled very well and my husband enjoyed driving it. Tony provided great advice/tips during our pickup orientation/test drive. I made a few requests to Lynn and she was more than happy to accommodate them. We prepared all of our meals in the RV. It was well stocked. We used the Murphy bed and the overhead bunk and they were very comfortable. The space inside with the slides out is very ample. They were a plesure to meet and we would certainly rent from them again.

5.0My husband and I had the most amazing time in the RV. It had everything we needed, and it was even better than a lot of hotels. There is plenty of storage for food and clothes. The kitchen and outdoor grille were great, and we had a lot of fun cooking meals and eating dinner under the LED-lit awning. The tv was very easy to use and it was great to hang on the couch, fireplace lit, and watch our favorite shows before bed. We even got to catch an Eagles game before a hike! We had a good night's sleep in the comfy bed. The AC worked excellent, and so did the hot water heater. The shower was surprisingly nice. We have literally zero experience in an RV and everything went smoothly hooking-up/un-hooking. It didn't take long at all for my husband to get used to driving. Tony & Lynn are super sweet and helpful. They will give you a thorough walk-through, and are always available if you need help. There are also detailed instructions all over to help with all the functions. I would definitely recommend this RV over something more standard. It was SO much fun living there for a bit!!!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

We have note cards posted around RV for easy go-to instructions. A thorough walk through of RV will be done with each renter and test run to ensure understanding and being comfortable with the operation of the RV.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
As far as the time of pick up, typically 9:00 a.m. earliest; however, we are flexible with that in certain situations. We just ask for close communication to figure that out. Drop off time we would prefer no later than 3:30-4:00 p.m. - but, again, communication is key and depending on circumstances, we will be as fair as possible.
