Burning Man Cleaning and Prep Fee
The Burning Man Prep and Cleaning Fee covers the RV for the prep and cleaning of the RV inside and out. The dust from the Playa is very damaging to many of the components of the RV and must be cleaned professionally to limit the damage. This fee will include bedding and kitchenware for the RV.

The RV was great. Did the job. No problems and plenty of space for 6 people. However, the pick up was awful, we were waiting 30-40 minutes, and other groups around us were waiting for hours on the day of pick up.

Thank you for the review! Yes, the pickup process was very difficult this year mostly due to factors outside of our control. We had half of our staff not show up the day of the pickup and the storage facility that we stored our RVs at locked us out when we were contracted to have 24 hr access. This put us very behind schedule, but we are moving to our own location next month and the staff problem has been corrected. If you rent with us for this event in the future you will have a completely different experience with your pickup.
