1. Driver Requirements All drivers must be at least 25 years old. A valid driver’s license (from any U.S. state or international equivalent) is required. All drivers must provide proof of insurance coverage or purchase a rental insurance plan. A driving record check may be required. 2. Rental Period & Mileage Minimum rental period: 1 nights. Pick-up 1PM and drop-off 11AM can be changed in advance. Daily mileage allowance: 100 miles per day; excess mileage fees apply. No refunds for early returns. 3. Deposits & Payments A security deposit of $1500 is required at the time of booking. Full rental payment is due 14 days before departure. Cancellations are subject to fees based on notice period. 4. Use & Restrictions No off-road driving (including beaches, dirt roads, or restricted areas). No smoking inside the RV; violations result in a cleaning fee. No pets unless prior approval is given. The RV must be returned with a full fuel tank and emptied waste tanks (fees apply if not completed). 5. Towing & Additional Equipment Towing is not allowed without prior written approval. Optional add-ons (e.g., chairs, bedding, generators) must be reserved in advance. 6. Accidents & Emergencies In case of an accident, contact 911 and report it to CrystalRV immediately. Mechanical issues must be reported promptly for resolution. 7. Return Policies RV must be returned in the same clean condition as received. A late return fee of $50 per hour applies after the scheduled return time. A full walkthrough inspection will be performed within 48 hours after drop-off. 8. Violations & Fines Renter is responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, or parking tickets incurred during the rental. Unapproved use of the RV may result in termination of the rental without refund.
