With other rentals, you might suddenly realize you’ve exceeded your budget due to mileage fees. When you book with us, there are no surprise charges!If you’re flying out from a different nearby airport, such as LAX or PHX, ask us about our One-Way Rental option! We charge $5 per mile for One-Way Rentals.The spacious floor plan ensures plenty of room to move around, even when the slide-out is closed. The Cab-Over Bunk features a beautiful, large automated window, allowing you to sleep under the stars. It comfortably accommodates two adults.There’s also a bunkhouse—always a favorite for kids! The fully equipped kitchen includes plates, utensils, pots, and pans. We provide bedding, towels, and washcloths for 8 people. Additionally, we offer 5 camp chairs and a large cooler upon request—free of charge!The multi-purpose dinette serves as a great dining space for families and easily converts into a comfortable bed for two. Similarly, the sofa transforms into a cozy queen-size bed.For personalized comfort, our RV features dual thermostats, allowing you to maintain separate temperatures in the bedroom and living area. This is especially useful since the bedroom is a smaller space and may require a different setting for a restful night’s sleep.The RV is equipped with a dual battery system, providing power throughout the night without needing to run the generator. 5.0We had an amazing experience with this RV! It was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our family road trip. Driving it was smooth and easy, even for long distances. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was super practical, and the bathroom worked perfectly, including hot water. What we loved the most was the freedom to explore different places without giving up comfort. It truly felt like a home on wheels. Communication with the owner was excellent—very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable travel adventure!

* No climbing on roof. We do not allow the use of the RV rooftop.
* No smoking. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected you will be charged a minimum fee of $1500.
* No pets unless agreed upon. If pets are detected, you will be charged $400.
* No refunds for early returns.
* A fee of $50 per hour will be charged if the RV is returned later than the agreed upon time.
* No travel is allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc.
* You are responsible to disclose any tolls, red light tickets or parking tickets to owners at the time you return the RV.
* Unlimited miles included per day/night if the RV is driven in NV, AZ, UT, & CA.
* Guests are responsible for any interior or awning damage. Insurance usually does not cover these damages.
* The RV you are renting runs on unleaded gas fuel. Please put the right fuel.
* If tank levels do not read EMPTY on the control panel, you will be charged a $150 dump fee.
* A Deep Cleaning Fee of $150 will be assessed if RV is returned unclean AND requires more than a surface cleaning or any reconditioning.
* The use of the on board generator is included in your RV rental, up to 5 hours per day/night. Any overages will be billed at listed price.
* You will be charged and agree to pay the Deep Cleaning Fee of $300 if we detect unpleasant food smell or pet hair.
* Any damages/issues/problems/repairs need to be reported to us immediately.
* Towing is not allowed.
* If for any reason you abandon the RV, you will be charged a $3,000 fee for Abandonment and Retrieval.
* In the event a lockout occurs you agree to pay .75 cents per mile, round trip, for owner to drive and unlock RV and a fee of $25 PER missing key.
* There is a first aid kit provided. Please use what you need, should it become necessary – once it is opened, you own it & will be charged $10 (replacement value).
* The RV has been equipped with a GPS tracking device for safety and must not be removed/unplugged for any reason.
