Michael communicated for months pre-trip, offered seamless pickup and accommodating drop-off, and quickly resolved a user-error issue on the road via text.

The Winnebago on a Mercedes chassis features off-grid power systems charged while driving, StarLink for fast internet, and a bed suitable for over 6' tall. The van was in immaculate condition.

5.0I am an over planner. I knew my wife and I would be in this camper for almost three weeks for our 'Mighty 5' trip and I was very concerned about getting into something we didn't like. I touched base with several owners before connecting with Michael and he was, hands-down, the most communicative and patient. First - the platform. Winnebago on top of the Mercedes chassis made this a no brainer. The 'off-grid' features of this camper were necessary since most of the National Parks (and several of the State Parks) do not have any hookups, including electricity. Who cares, when driving to the next trailhead and back charged all the systems. A little planning around water - and the 'necessities' were taken care of. I'm over 6' and the bed worked for me. I'm not going to oversell the bed - it is a camper after all, but after our busy days hiking and biking, sleeping was not a problem. I waffled on the StarLink for weeks before reserving it. WOW! It was amazing and I would even say necessary if you need to get online. So FAST! We only had one issue with the camper for the whole 3 weeks ... and guess what. It was user error. About 3 texts with Michael and all was resolved (sorry for waking you Michael :-) ) Finally - the host. I kinda referenced him above, he was incredible. He calmed my stresses and by the time we dropped of "Elroy", I felt like we were friends. I had been texting and messaging him for months prior to arriving, we had a seemless pickup, any communications on the road were responded to very quickly, and he was very accommodating for the drop-off. I've even started pestering him about expanding his business to El Paso for our next National Park road trip next spring!

When returning the RV after an amazing adventure, the simple rule is to return it as you found it. Please return with full potable water and diesel, empty and sanitized grey and black water tank/cassette (unless "skip the dump selected") and cleaned interior. Please ensure that all personal items are removed and all included items are present.

The Revel and most luxury RV products use a powerful onboard lithium battery system instead of hazardous propane or fuel driven generators. Clean, Green and Safe. With the solar power, dedicated second alternator and state of the art battery management system the adventure is yours! The Revel also features convenient, easy access 30amp shore power and the Hydronics heating system.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The Revel offers excellent onboard battery storage that works off solar and charge while driving for boondocking and off-grid adventures. For shore power, the Revel can accommodate 30 Amp input power. The REVEL uses a portable toilet cassette which can be dumped at vaulted toilets as well as campground dump sites, hotels, etc.
