Van Rules & Policies We’re excited to be a part of your adventure. If anything comes up during your trip, feel free to reach out anytime. Van Use Guidelines • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van. • This van is not equipped with four-wheel drive. Please remain on paved or well-maintained roads at all times. • Pets must never be left unattended inside the vehicle. • Do not dispose of grease, oils, or similar substances (such as bacon grease) in the sink. • Late returns may be possible depending on availability. Please return the van at your scheduled time unless otherwise approved. Check-Out Instructions • Please clean and put away all dishes, and empty the wastewater tank. • Refilling the fresh water tank is not required. • Remove all personal belongings, including any food from the refrigerator, freezer, and storage areas. • Dispose of all trash prior to return. • Refill fuel to the same level provided at the start of your trip.Light dirt from normal use is expected. However, if the van is returned excessively dirty (mud, sand, heavy debris), we ask that you clean it before drop-off. Please note: Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional fees.
