($50 deducted from deposit if returned dirty) • Kitchen Use: Ensure the kitchen is left clean. (No kitchen utensils or linens provided.) • Propane and Fuel: Turn off propane tanks when not in use. Do not tamper with fuel or electrical connections. • Fire Safety: No open flames or candles inside. Use the outdoor grill and fire pit responsibly, following local regulations. • Awning Use: Retract during high winds or when unattended. • Toilet and Plumbing: Use only RV-safe toilet paper provided. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Water and Electricity: Be mindful of usage. Do not overload circuits. • Return Requirements: • Damages: Report any damages immediately. Renters are responsible for damages incurred during the rental period. • Inventory: Ensure all provided items are accounted for and in good condition. • Travel Restrictions: Restricted Areas: No off-road driving or travel to restricted areas.
