2019 Crossroads Volante. This our home away from home and we want to share it with you! 36.5 foot. Central ac and heat plus electric fireplace. Sleeps 8 max or 6 utilizing only the front bedroom and bunkhouse area. Queen bed in front room with memory foam topper. Bunkhouse has 3 beds plus a couch that folds into a bed. Pillows & linens will be included on the queen bed. Pillows and blankets only for the bunkhouse (sleeping bags or sheets recommended for bunks). Dinette converts to a bed as well as sofa in living room. 32 inch hdtv in living room, also 32 inch hdtv outside. Built in antenna with booster to pick up local channels. Also has cable hookup if staying somewhere with service. Bluetooth am/fm stereo system plays inside and/or outside. Bathroom with stand up shower. Also outdoor shower on back of trailer. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and cookware all included. Outdoor kitchen has small stovetop, sink, and mini fridge. Electric roll up awning with led lights. Lots of storage for any extras you may want to bring. Towels, hand towels, and wash cloths included (set of 6). Tow vehicle must be approved. Weight distribution will be included. Delivery and set up available (within limits)(must be minimum 3 night rental). All deliveries will leave my residence 5:30pm day of delivery, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. One pet welcome for fee (50$). Minimum 30 amp service required. 2-20lb full propane bottles included.
