Class B Campervan w/Loft (sleeps 4)

The vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by the owner prior to the rental start. All systems, fuels and fluids are checked and recorded prior to handover of RV. -Renter is expected to return the vehicle in a clean, and undamaged condition with all waste removed. -Renter is also responsible for properly emptying gray and black tanks (sewage) prior to return. If additional cleaning is required upon return, owner reserves the right to use fees from the deposit to cover additional costs. -If additional cleaning is required upon return, owner reserves the right to use fees from the deposit to cover additional costs. -Renter agrees to pick-up and return the vehicle at the designated time and to return the vehicle with all fuel levels returned as picked up. The owner will supply the vehicle with various (movable) adaptors and connectors (for electrical, water, etc) as well as tools and appliances such as vacuum, shovel, small mechanical tools, battery charger, surge protector, water purifier, wheel chucks, etc. -Renter is expected to keep these items organized and returned in proper working order, where they were found. Potential Fees include, but are not limited to: -Black/Gray tank emptying: $50 -Fuel and/or Propane Refill: $20 (plus the cost of fuel and 3% credit card fee) -Extra Cleaning due to dirty or messy vehicle return: $100 or more. (We are fair, please be fair to your hosts.) -Missing or damaged items (adaptors, tools, etc): Cost of item (plus labor, if required) as well as 3% credit card fee. -Late Fee: $10 per hour after scheduled return time (not to exceed daily rate). A one-hour grace period will be allowed. We make every effort to properly maintain our vehicle, and to ensure a desirable rental. Please treat it as you would treat your own. You, as the renter, are responsible for the cost of any damage that may occur during your rental period.
