Exceptional communication and support
Host provides excellent communication, is highly responsive and helpful, quickly resolving issues like AC and propane. They go above and beyond, including campsite visits, seamless delivery, and stocking the RV with necessities.
AC needs full electrical hookup
The trailer is new, clean, and well-furnished, often stocked. However, the AC struggles without full electrical hookup, becoming very hot even with generators. Minor repairs for a bench and lights were noted, and it's crowded for over 4 adults.

2.0The trailer does not stay cool. We tried two generators with same results. If you are renting make sure you have a full electrical hookup or it is a sauna. The refrigerator stayed cool but air conditioner does not cool the unit. Nice trailer. Needs a few things fixed. Back of bench on kitchen needs to be rescrewed and all lights need to be double checked that they work As long as you have a full hookup it should be fine. 4 people it was crowded I would not recommend more than that unless they are little kids.

5.0We had a wonderful weekend in a beautiful and clean camper. Communication was excellent and when we had an issue with the propane it was addressed quickly. Delivery was seamless. I will definitely be renting again from Aalok. Thank you!

5.0Most excellent service! The entire team was extremely responsive and helpful. We did have some AC issues and they were quick to reply and assist in remediation. Even came to our campsite late in the evening to assist.
