Perfect to stay in with Family and Friends. Our family owned camper has it all. We give you the option to have us deliver and pick up. There is a queen bed (sleep 2 adults) with closing doors for privacy, dining room table and couch both fold out to beds (sleep 1 adult each or 2 kids each) and also 2 bunk beds in the back (sleep 2 kids each or 1 adult each).Camper includes clean, all fresh bedding, pillows, blankets, towels, extra linens, kitchen utensils, cookware and coffee maker. It features a large kitchen sink, gas oven & stove, microwave, fridge/ freezer, air conditioning and heater, fireplace for extra heat or just ambiance, new flat screen, stereo, dvd/ bluetooth connections with indoor/ outdoor speakers & cable hook ups. Exterior has ice maker that produces 26lbs in 24 hours & outdoor fridge. Power awning makes it a breeze to slide in and out. It has LED design lighting outside and inside. A popular feature is the trailer's two door entry access to front area (by private queen bed and kitchen) and back of trailer (at the bathroom). It's a nice a feature when you need to access the restroom from the outside and don't want to disturb anyone inside. We also provide you with outdoor carpet, camping chairs, and a camping hammock.We will do a thorough walk through with you so you are comfortable with the layout of where everything is and how things work.As far as drop offs, pick ups & delivery we can be flexible on a case by case basis as everyone has different schedules and places they are going! If you tow the trailer we do include sway bars for an easier driving experience.There is a $50 restocking fee, which goes towards, filling propane tanks, water, sanitizing the septic, etc. We use the trailer with our kids from time to time so would appreciate it, if you treated it like your own.If the trailer is returned dirty. You will be charged.If you are concerned about needing to cancel you may want to consider trip insurance.
