5 night minimum. Come and enjoy our lovely Jayco Jayflight! We call the rig "Roman" from the movie Great Outdoors! This perfect family RV comes with a spacious full walk around master bedroom with a super comfy bed, 2 large bunks with windows, a dinette that opens up to a bed and a sofa bed. The rig will sleep 6-8 people. The sofa bed really is only good for 1-2 smaller people. The kitchen is perfect with a large island w/ sink, oven, gas range, microwave, fridge, and freezer. In addition there is an outdoor shower, kitchen with a microwave, two burner gas stove, and a fridge. The bathroom is large with an oversized shower and a door to the outside. This shower has an updated shower handle with great pressure, large sliding glass door, and plenty of room for tall people to fully stand up. 2 slide outs in the middle make the living area Huge and open.Our rig also has a top of the line electrical system perfect for boondock camping. 2 lithium 1300 batteries & a Victron 3000 inverter/converter giving you tons of power. Run multiple electrical items at once.Indoor trained dogs are ok (Additonal deposit required $250 per dog), absolutely NO smoking or vaping in or near the trailer please, a $1,500 fee will be charged if any type of cigarette smoke is detected.This trailer is 7,572 lbs dry weight. Be sure your vehicle has a tow rating at Least 500 lbs above this. Most 3/4 ton will have no problem, and some 1/2 tons can tow it. Please do your research if you’re towing. Your vechile Must have a break controller. Our rig also comes with a built in backup camera which makes it much easier to park and change lanes. Drop off times and arrangements need to be established in advance. We will set-up the entire trailer for you when it is delivered. Pick up times and drop off times vary, we will work with you on those times but must be within 30 minutes of our agreed time.No out of state destinations unless 7 or more days booked. (Tahoe is the exception)Was ist inbegriffenIncluded are all the things you will need, both in terms of hitching it up and connecting it in a campsite, and also all the kitchen supplies you will need, coffee maker, pot/pans, etc. We include a generator at no charge but it must be locked up with a provided lock if left out. We can also include camping supplies of various kinds and kid toys if needed. The RV does come with a TV/DVD player it's just not in the photos. Also a Playstation 4. This orientation will take about 1-2 hours, depending on any prior experience you have with a RV. It takes time to do a thorough and complete walkthrough, so please plan accordingly.Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors.We do not provide linen or pillows for the bed. Renters must bring there own.No smoking anywhere near the trailer please.

Please don't mess with any settings on the Victron Inverter.DELIVERY & SETUP FEE: Delivery will be on a case by case basis depending on my availability (Please message me). Delivery and setup fee is a minimum of $250 for up to 25 miles, $350 for up to 50 miles, and the max distance is 50 miles from Lincoln unless we can work something out, contact me.
CLEANING FEE: $200 Unless RV comes back the exact same way it went out. You must clean it before you return or the cleaning fee will be charged. This includes dusting and mopping.
PET DEPOSIT: $250 additional deposit FOR EACH dog. Max of 2 dogs or 3 very small dogs.
Any large amounts of pet hair left upon return will be subject to the Deep Cleaning Fee of $400.
LOST KEYS - $160.00 and can be deducted from Security Deposit
DUMPING FEE - $150.00 unless you empty holding tanks yourself and bring them empty.
PROPANE FEE- $50.00 unless renter fills the propane on return and provides a receipt.

Very smooth pickup/drop-off with Neil with excellent communication. Trailer towed great and worked perfect for our weekend getaway! The double slide outs really open the floor plan and creates a larger feeling inside. Our family looks forward to using again on our next trip.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Depends on the day and location but I can be flexible. $250 min delivery fee. 25-50 miles is $250, 51-75 miles max is $350. Sorry I can't deliver over 75 miles.

Hi! We're the Cowan Family and we LOVE our RV "Roman" We call our rig Roman because we love the character Roman in the movie The Great Outdoors. We wanted to rent our trailer so we could give other people the opportunity to enjoy camping in luxury like we do! We try and use Roman as much as we can. This trailer is perfect for boondock camping with it's amazing electrical system and it's also great for plug-in spots. Our tops spots are Donner Lake, Tahoe, Bodega Bay, Consumes River, Sly Park, Cassini Ranch, and a fun place called Yogi Bear. Come take Roman out, this rig has it all!
