This is a custom-built four-season Camper van. Took us all across the United States and now for rent. A dream for those with storage needs and off-grid dreams! Plenty of storage in the interior living space as well as extensive under-bed “garage” storage, with potential for even more customizations for wall, ceiling and back door storage. We fit months worth of living, camping, and adventure gear for two people as well as 2 mountain bikes on the interior of the van. Garage storage is perfect for those looking for stealth camping, security and peace of mind knowing your belongings are safe while out adventuring. Stock up on fuel, food, and water and you can have this girl off grid for weeks!House features include:
-Two burner propane cooktop
-Arctic Freeze mini fridge with freezer compartment
-Sink connected to UV Water Filtration system (Pure Logic, spare parts included)
-Interior shower with detachable shower head
-Dometic portable Camping toilet
-46 gallon fresh water tank and two 15 gal gray water tanks (30 gal gray water total)
-Fresh water tank includes drain valve for easy empty/winterization as needed
-Wifi booster (Webboost - Drive 4GX)
-Webasto diesel heater
-Excel propane water heater
-a newly installed (2022) air conditioning unit that is plenty strong to sleep comfortably even in the hottest of nights.
-a Maxxair fan in the front with in/out capabilityElectrical system includes:
-300 W solar panel
-2 Lithium Phosphate 12 v batteries, 170 Ah each (170 x 2 = 340 total amp hours)
-Renogy 1000W Inverter
-Renogy Rover 30 amp Mppt Charge Controller with bluetooth enabled app-compatible readouts and settings
-Shore power hookup (30 ft cable, converter, and surge protector included)
-automatic transformer that will actively charge the battery whenever hooked up to shore power.
-ultra quiet generator that can be used as backup power for those cloudy/rainy days.
