Return Condition: The RV must be returned in the same condition as it was during the pickup. This includes cleanliness and other consumables. • 4. Late Returns: The RV should be returned at the agreed-upon time. Late returns will be subject to a $50 fee. • 5. Waste Disposal: Renters must empty their waste before returning. • 6. Damage Reporting: Any damage, no matter how minor, must be reported upon return. Costs for repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. • 7. Travel Restrictions: The RV should not be taken on off-road trails or areas that could pose risks or with high ground clearance requirements. Any damage from such terrains will be the renter's responsibility. • 8. Cancellation Policy: Renters must be aware of the cancellation policy. • 9. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to cover potential damages or additional fees. This will be refunded upon a satisfactory return check. • 10. Amenities Use: Instructions for using onboard amenities like the stove, refrigerator, or awning should be followed strictly. Misuse may result in charges. • 11. No Alterations: Renters are not allowed to make any modifications or alterations to the RV, both internally and externally. • 12. Roadside Assistance: If the renter encounters issues, they should contact the provided roadside assistance number or the owner immediately.
