Our family loves the great outdoors! Waking up to the fresh morning air, spending the day hiking, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing. These are the precious moments we want to help you create with your family & friends. Our camper "Tracy" (2018 Forest River Tracer Breeze) is fully stocked with all the essentials for an unforgettable camping adventure. From a Keurig coffee bar and fun games to a handy ice maker, we’ve thought of everything. All you need to bring is your food and personal items— that’s it, you're all set for an easy and amazing trip!Tracy features an upgraded memory foam queen bed with its own 40" TV & Roku Stick and ample storage. The double-sized bunkhouse beds fit two kids, each or one adult comfortably, complete with cozy egg crate foam toppers.Gather around the U-shaped dinette for meals, which also converts into a double bed with a plush pillow topper (great for movie time as well). Enjoy entertainment on the 32" TV also equipped with a Roku Stick and DVD player with a few family-friendly movies.Unleash your inner chef in our well-equipped kitchen which includes pots/pans, utensils, mixing bowls, wine corkscrew, can opener, crock pot & blender...smoothie & margarita time anyone?Also included is an indoor/outdoor Bluetooth Stereo and outdoor kitchen! This includes an ice maker, refrigerator, and a tabletop charcoal grill (charcoal not included). Want to take your camp cooking experience to the next level? Upgrade to our amazing Blackstone Griddle with side burner and prep table. (see add on's)Picture yourself sitting around a cozy campfire—we’ve got you covered with lawn chairs and a spacious outdoor rug for extra comfort. You can also add on a roomy 15ft x 13ft screened canopy to keep those pesky bugs at bay (see add on's). It’s all about making your outdoor adventures spectacular!Fire ban? No problem, rent our portable 17" propane gas fire pit to keep the fun going. Time for S'mores!We take sanitization very seriously. Our camper is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each rental, so you can rest assured that you're staying in a safe and healthy environment.We love pets of all kinds but sorry only dogs are allowed, 2 dog limit. We don’t charge extra, but we do ask you let us know if you’re bringing them on the adventure. There is a nice spot under the bunk beds that would fit a small dog crate (not included). If you’re looking to have a fenced in area around your campsite, (for us it’s a must). We have a portable dog fence available for rent. (see add on’s) There is also an outdoor shower, great for hosing off muddy paws.Let’s talk towing. We’ve included a backup camera on the camper with a 7" screen, weight distribution tow hitch with stabilizer bars & receiver. Also Included is an electric tongue jack, wheel chocks and leveling blocks. ***To be able to tow this camper you will need a 7-pin trailer connector and trailer brakes. Sorry no exceptions, this is for everyone’s safety*** The trailer weight is approx. 6100 lbs with tanks empty. When the tanks are full it could add another 1200 lbs. Verify your vehicle can tow this camper before making a reservation, if you’re not sure please reach out to us, we'd be happy to verify it for you.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the trailer?

We offer flexible pick up and drop off options to accommodate your travel needs. We're available from 8am to 6pm to meet. we do ask to keep us in the loop for any delays on arranged pick up and drop off times.

How does the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
For your convenience we will go over all the details during pick-up, we're also available for any questions during your trip. We provide everything you’ll need for a full hook-up camp site. The 30amp electrical cord and surge protector to plug into the outlet provided by the campground (50amp converter if needed). The freshwater hose, filter and water pressure regulator for water hoop-up. Two sewer drains (15ft) hose with stands and connectors.
