2.0Communication and delivery with the owner were fine, so no complaints there, and we like that it was an instant book, even with delivery. The unit is also new, it was clean, and we liked that there were two separate bedrooms. However, we were camping without any hookups, which was not conveyed to the owner by me prior to the rental, which is on me, but there was no generator on the fifth wheel at all when he delivered it. Most rentals, especially fifth wheels, and especially at the price point we paid per night, have generators, you just have to pay hourly for generator usage. We camp a lot, rent on Outdoorsy a lot, and this was a first. This left us without a generator for the night because the local rental place closed at 4pm, and a fifth wheel takes a much larger generator. Then, the owner delivered it without any water in it, knew when he dropped it off there were no hookups, told me I needed to get water for it, and then left without unlocking or giving us a key to add water to the tank. We had it rented for two nights and went without power or water the first night. It was a miserable experience and there were zero concessions by the owner for our inconvenience and experience.
