Host Communication and Reliability
While praised for being detailed, Brian canceled one booking on departure day and failed to communicate an inoperable awning.
Superb Ride Quality & Comfort
Guests enjoyed its superb ride quality, luxurious comfort, cleanliness, and ample space, though the awning was inoperable once.

5.0I didn't give communication 5 stars because it was not communicated to me that the awning was inoperable. However, that would not have changed my mind about renting the RV. I just wouldn't have spent any time trying to get it to operate.
