We love pets but are allergic to cats. Pets allowed on case by case basis for additional fees. Please bring back reasonably clean. We have a one-time cleaning fee of $100. Excess cleaning required will be deducted from security deposit.
We will fill up fuel tank, propane tank, and water tank for your pickup. We must have you fill up the fuel tank with diesel fuel before returning. We will charge $10 per gallon refueling fee if not full (Diesel pumps at gas stations nearby) seems harsh, but we may have someone working for us who cannot drive out of the park to refuel due to insurance.
Propane tank: please bring back full or we will be happy to deduct from security deposit plus $20 refueling fee. Pick up time is at 3:00 PM and drop off time is 12:00 noon. (Will consider other requests :)
No smoking inside, no climbing on roof, please be kind to my RV. Pretty sure you know what not do. Have fun!
Optional fun: If you are looking for a relaxed glamping/camping experience, girls weekend, etc, we can park the RV for you at Lake Paradise in Lone Jack, Missouri.(two night minimum for this) You will just need to make reservations with the park for your space but we can deliver, set up and clean up for additional fee. (Lakes and swimming pool) Golf cart rental available.

In addition, I am a certified biofeedback specialist in the area of quantum health. I co-own Menla Life Center with my business partner Linda. We offer a variety of services for stress reduction and anti aging.
But my main business is distribution and consulting of specific general wellness assessment and monitoring devices for the wellness practitioner. I am currently bringing in new technology from my friends in Russia nationwide and Canada. I love empowering people in their healthcare!
