5.0We would absolutely use Road Shark again the next time we rent an RV. Throughout our entire experience they were responsive and easy going. It was obvious from their attitude that they just wanted us to have a good time. This was our first RV trip. I suppose we should have started with a quick weekend trip, but we chose to do four weeks driving from Los Angeles to Michigan and back. All my research pointed to Road Shark RV as the go-to company from which to rent. We not only survived, but the trip actually went very well. We had two breakdowns, and Road Shark was with us every step of the way getting, great mechanics out to us to fix the problem. We have already and will continue to recommend them to all our friends who are envious of our trip.

They never lost patience with us even when we called or texted at all hours to ask a question. They’re added security for a long haul drive and we definitely had peace of mind knowing they were just a call away. The RVs are nice, clean and well-maintained.
