This would be a great RV for short local trips with friends, such as to go somewhere with a lot of people like a cheap limousine or to club hop for a special occasion, or to go to the local parks around Southern California. Long local stays encouraged, but we can rent out for short road trips, just please not too far as it is an older model. Maybe 100 miles daily allowance max?Not sure how to add it on here but will do significant discounts for 7 days like $40/night and even bigger discounts for 30 days like $25 per night.Pick up and Drop off any time 24/7.It comes fully equipped with linens, bedding, pillows, cookware, dishware (reusable and disposable), cupware (reusable and disposable), camping chairs, exterior table, exterior rug, bath towels, wash cloths, RV toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and cleaning supplies.High def 27" tv with surround sound, 4k local cable antenna, dvd player, roku, projector and projector screen.Has 3 tv monitors and 4k antenna for local channels.
Great bluetooth enabled sound system with remote controls. (Stereos work with Bluetooth, USB, aux, fm/am).Has a backup camera.Dark tinted glass for privacy.
Has fake survailance cameras on exterior and signs on windows to prevent burglary as it is parked around the streets of LA.Queen size bed above the drivers cab, sofa becomes a double bed, and dinette also becomes a double bed.Generator and electric hook-up works great to run all appliances and AC. There is also an outlet plugged directly to a second car battery that recharges when u turn the truck on. Has a battery meter so u can see where its at. When the batteries get low, recharge them within 6-12 hours to avoid damage to the batteries.The fridge/freezer and stove work great. The fridge takes a few hours to get cold so remind me to turn it on prior to pick up.Comes with full tanks of gasoline, full tank of propane, full tank of clean water, and an empty tank of dirty water.Refill fuel and propane to pre-trip levels before you return. Otherwise, we will have to assess $6 a gallon.
Dump both tanks before returning. If you would like us to do it, there will be a $55 fee.Leave used sheets and towel in the tub when finished. There will be a cleaning fee if it's more than the normal wear and tear. Otherwise leave it as clean or cleaner than when u found it.We do have AAA roadside assistance for emergencies.Also included in the RV are emergency equipment, levelers, tools, flash lights.Optional for an Additional FEE we offer : bike rack / bikes / BBQ / fire pit / hammocks.We could also drop it off and pick up for a fee.Be safe by driving Slow and giving yourself lots of time and space for all turns and braking.
