No roof access shall be permitted during the rental period. No smoking within the motorhome. No illegal drugs or controlled substances will be permitted within the motorhome or baggage compartments. No contests of speed shall be performed with the motorhome. Firearms shall be stowed within a locked container with the action disabled while motorhome is in motion. Violation of any single or combination of these rules will result in forfeiture of deposit and immediate cancellation of rental. Burning Man and/or other festival usage is strictly prohibited unless specifically preauthorized in rental contract. Contact us for Burning Man and/or festival rates. Renter is responsible for all collision damage to the rented vehicle even if someone else caused it or the cause is unknown. Renter is responsible for the cost of repair up to the value of the vehicle, and towing, storage, loss of use, and impound fees. In the event of damage or loss to the vehicle, renter shall remain responsible for payment to the motorhome owner for any loss sustained that the renter’s applicable personal or business insurance policy does not cover.
