We love our RV and we hope you will love it too, we upgraded many things since we got it.
This unit can sleep up to 8 people, Bedroom includes a king size bed with its own AC unit and TV. In the main living area there are 3 sleeping options: Dinette that converts to a bed, Sofa with a folding full size bed and above the cabin drop down bed. One AC unit in the main living area and one flat TV with Roku (you must setup your own acount). If you are camping at a 50A resort feel free to use them both AC units, with a generator you can only use one at time.
Upgraded kitchen with residantial faucet spray with glass backsplash.
Bathroom was upgraded with residentail faucet and glass backsplash for a cozy feel.
Upgraded entertainment system for main cabin with DVD player and bluetooth that works with the main tv on its own inverter regardless if the generator is on or off. In dash driver entertainment center with backup camera, apple car-play and upgraded outdoor speakers, This unit includes the Outdoor TV. Our unit is powered by a solar system so you don't have to worry about the batteries. Powered Awning with LED lights and automatic leveling jacks.Rules:
No roof access shall be permitted during the rental period. No smoking within the motorhome. No illegal drugs or controlled substances will be permitted within the motorhome or baggage compartments. No contests of speed shall be performed with the motorhome. Firearms shall be stowed within a locked container with the action disabled while motorhome is in motion. Violation of any single or combination of these rules will result in forfeiture of deposit and immediate cancellation of rental. Burning Man and/or other festival usage is strictly prohibited unless specifically preauthorized in rental contract. Renter is responsible for all collision damage to the rented vehicle even if someone else caused it or the cause is unknown. Renter is responsible for the cost of repair up to the value of the vehicle, and towing, storage, loss of use, and impound fees. In the event of damage or loss to the vehicle, renter shall remain responsible for payment to the motorhome owner for any loss sustained that the renter’s applicable personal or business insurance policy does not cover.
