Easy process but post-rental disputes
Marc is often described as easy to work with and helpful. However, one guest reported him uncooperative in resolving a power issue, leading to a dispute over a potential false charge post-rental.
Very easy to drive RV
Guests consistently noted the RV is very easy to drive and offers ample room for four. A significant issue arose with one rental experiencing a complete power failure all weekend, causing food spoilage.

1.0Horrible experience with this rv. Rented from outdoorsy and owners name is Marc but we were met by another person named Marshal which was weird. Next issue we went to EDC and had no power all weekend long!! All our food went bad and owner is now trying to submit a false charge. Be careful when renting this rv. Currently working with outdoorsy to get a reimbursement since owner is not cooperating at all!!
