We’re located an hour from the Smokey Mountains, and literally 500 feet off the interstate. It sleeps six, but we wouldn’t recommend six adults, as the fold-out couch is only 5 feet long. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the loft is full size.
I only rent to those who are going to a campground with electricity and water hook-ups. No boondocking.
