This trailer is an awesome trailer! From outside in, it is perfect for campers who want it all with comfort and style. Starting on the outside, it has an outdoor kitchen that includes a fridge, sink, and gas grill, with extra storage (no more running in and out). The trailer comes with a BBQ and attaches to the bumper on a special rack. Built for ease in set up: two 30 lb tanks of propane; electric jacks; and power tongue jack. No more cranking. Also:• 12 foot power awning with speakers and lights. Inside there are many desirable features and upgrades, including: •a large grab handle plus a friction hinge door; • a 3 burner gas stove, microwave, and 7 cf fridge (propane or electric); •a pantry and overhead cabinets throughout; •loveseat/pullout bed and a dinette (convertible for sleeping) in the slideout;•32” LCD tv with blue-tooth capable sound bar to play from your devices;•TV is wired for satellite, cable, and has a antenna with booster;•Lots of bedroom storage - two small closets, cupboards above the bed and under-bed storage; •All LED lighting with ground fault protection;The trailer is a 31BH, so the bathroom is in the rear. It has a porcelain toilet, shower, linen closet, medicine cabinet with mirror over the sink, and large storage cabinets. The trailer is insulated for below freezing temperatures and has a furnace so you can camp well into fall. It is also air conditioned for those hot summer days. All interior fabrics are in great shape. The tires have low mileage and are in great shape –no rot. It was recently inspected, it passed inspection with no issues.Carrying Capacity 1805
