We like our comforts, sitting by a fire pit or under the awning, having a barbecue, preparing your favorite side dish straight from the fridge, dancing to music from the radio… followed by a shower and a good night sleep. • Because we live at the end of a "peninsula", please contact us about deliveries. 50 miles can mean a lot of different travel time geographically. We will negotiate! • We appreciate a 2 day window prior to booking to arrange delivery or pickup timing and communicate arrangements. • We love pets but there is a charge for bringing a pet and please clean up so that we can rent to people with sensitivity. • Keep door almost closed when opening the awning. Please do not travel with awning up! Also be very mindful of tree branches that may hit the sides or the top of RV. Insurance claims can be expensive. • Treat her well and she’ll treat you well! • Have fun!!!
