The RV got us from point A to B and all the basics were there, however the backup camera was not working, the canopy was broken, the hose connector fitting was very worn and difficult to disconnect without tools (luckily there were pliers in the RV). Even though the canopy was removed, we had an incident while driving, where the canopy arm fell open and was dragging on the ground. The arm had been secured with one zip tie which gave out after a few days. Fortunately this occured while only going 10km/hr at a camp site and not on a highway. Imagine if this would have happened anywhere else and hit a pedestrian or car! The owners were very communicative and supportive to any questions we had, the RV just required more maintenance.

Très mauvaise expérience! Le premier soir il a plu, mes enfants dormant dans la capucine (la partie en-dessus du conducteur) se sont réveillés en pleine nuit avec les draps trempés!! Un camping-car (VR) est censé être étanche mais dès qu'il pleuvait la capucine se mouillait, impossible de l'utiliser de toute la semaine! Notre chambre a aussi été mouillée par la pluie! Le robinet d'eau froide de la douche tournait dans le vide, donc impossible d'utiliser la douche! Le témoin du moteur s'est soudainement allumé sans raison. Nous avons appelé les propriétaires plusieurs fois qui ne savaient pas quoi nous dire. Au retour ils ne se sont même pas excusés, ça leur était égal! Le camping-car (VR) a besoin de sérieux travaux, surtout d'étanchéité, il est inadmissible de le louer ainsi! Such a bad expérience! As of the first night, it was raining and the rain was leaking in the alcove of the VR! My kids woke up damp! Same shit happened in our bedroom! The cold water tap was broken so no shower possible in the VR! We called the owner who did not know what to say. When we returned the VR they did not care about what happened! The VR needs major repair, it is unacceptable to rent it this way!

Fantastic Trip! Very spacious RV. We did a 10 day trip and everything went very welly no technical issues. Would do it agsin 😊

Nous avons fait vivre une expérience de VR à notre fils autiste. Le VR était parfait pour nous vs les besoins de notre fils. Merci aux propriétaires de nous avons permis de le ramener un peu plus tard dans la journée.

Première expérience en VR. Nous avons été bien accueilli pour la récupération du véhicule récréatif. Les instructions sont claires. Lorsque nous avions besoin d’aide immédiate pour fermer le propane pour la traversée vers l’Île aux Coudres, Nicole nous a répondue rapidement. Nous avons adoré notre expérience avec cet VR. Il y a assez de place pour 6 personnes. Il est possible de transformer le milieu du corridor en une salle de bain privée avec la douche! Notre voyage fut court mais restera gravé longtemps dans nos souvenirs. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre grande aide. Merci nous avoir permis de réaliser cette expérience! C’était fun.
