5.0Susan was extremely helpful and responsive. She took so much time smearing my questions and ensuring I was comfortable with her RV. This was our first time renting an RV so everything was new to us. I can’t express enough how easy she made the whole process. The RV was beautiful and it had everything you could possibly need. It was convenience on wheels!

The day of the drop off we connected on a video call to walk through the unit. Gave us pointers on where to find certain items, made us feel comfortable to search for items when we arrived. When we arrived she was available to answer questions and was very quick to respond!
