They consistently respond quickly, offer detailed walkthroughs, provide instructional videos, and accommodate scheduling requests. They often include thoughtful touches like snacks or birthday signs.
Easy to drive and park
Guests found it easy to drive and park, even in standard spots. It is clean, well-equipped, comfortable, with a smart layout, and excellent temperature control. Note that the cassette toilet is urine-only, and shower space is tight for tall individuals.

5.0Cari & Roger were super responsive and helpful, and the van was very clean and totally prepped for our trip. Picking it up and dropping it off was a total breeze. We do wish we had known more in advance that its cassette toilet is only meant for urine so we could have made different plans for where we were camping, but we understand given that it's probably hard to clean otherwise. Overall, we had a great trip and would recommend their van for anyone looking to rent one in the Seattle area!

Cari and Rodger were so helpful and the van was ready to go with everything you might need. They also prepare videos with a guide to everything on the van that you can review as needed. We had a great trip. Thank you.
