-Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a trailer brake controller.
-No festivals or Burning Man.
-Absolutely no smoking inside the trailer.
-Please do not pour grease down any drains.
-Please do not flush wipes down the toilet, even if they are labeled "flushable" or "septic safe." Only toilet paper should be flushed.
-Blankets and towels are not included with our standard rentals. If you would like them provided for your stay, they are available as an optional add-on during the checkout process.
-Dry Camping: If you plan to camp without electrical hookups, you will need a generator to enjoy all of the trailer's features. The air conditioner, TV, outlets, and other 120V electrical appliances require either generator power or shore power. If you're staying at a campground with electrical hookups, everything will operate normally.Our goal is to make your rental as easy and enjoyable as possible. Colton provides excellent communication, responds quickly to questions and issues (like lockouts), and professionally delivers, sets up, and stabilizes the trailer at the campsite, often early.
Clean, comfortable, well-stocked trailer
The trailer is consistently clean, well-stocked with basic supplies (coffee maker, toaster, fry pans), and features comfortable beds and working AC. All functions worked, but it had 1 smart TV instead of 2 listed.

5.0Colton and Yvette provided us with a wonderful experience. They did a great job setting up and stabilizing the trailer, the trailer itself was clean and well stocked, and the bed super comfy. The air conditioning worked well, too. Basic supplies were included - toilet paper, paper towels, coffee maker, toaster, and fry pans. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, I texted for help, and within 2 minutes they called and talked us through how to get back in. Colton and Yvette were absolutely wonderful to work with, and we'll definitely rent from them again.
