Susan coordinates property setup, sets up RV, explains features thoroughly, and quickly resolves issues, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth trip.

Comfortable with cooling system issues

Features a very comfy bed and couch, easy to set up, good for dry camping. However, the fridge takes 36-48 hours to cool, and the AC struggles in hot weather due to a known missing part.

Host was very friendly and easy to work with, she did mention that the fridge takes a long time to get cold and that was definitely true, took about 36 hours to get even noticeably cold like oh it's actually on, and about 48 hours before we thought it was cold enough to reasonably store food. the freezer seems to work exactly as it should, along with everything else. over all great rental, we are already talking about potentially taking it out again next year.
