Comes with built in 4000 watt Onan generator. When using the microwave, A/C, TVs, and charging the batteries, the generator is required.-When plugged in to power source (most camp grounds have this) you will not need the Generator.
-Refrigerator, furnace (heat), stove, and oven all run off of propane (included).-We include:
Clean linens (bed sheets)
Pots, pans, basic cooking utensils, mixing bowls.

Must Have AT Least A 3/4 TON towing vehicle to tow trailer....or we can haul and set up within 100 miles of Magna, Utah for extra fee. ($200.00 minimum). Trailer has trailer brakes and towing vehicle must have electric brake controller installed.

Renter is responsible for dumping the gray and black water tanks before returning trailer back or a $75.00 dump fee will be charged.
Renter is also responsible to returning the trailer clean and ready for the next guest or a $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
