We are only a couple miles from Fountainebleau State Park! No hassle camping! We’ll park this toy hauler at your preferred site and have it set up and ready for camping. We love to open the back ramp door for an unobstructed view of the great outdoors. Tall ceilings throughout camper because it is a toy hauler. Amenities include the very versatile garage/toy hauler area, outdoor shower, power awning with LED lights, interior/exterior surround sound, a 32" TV inside with dvd/blueray player and exterior hook ups for TV's on both sides of camper. Currently set up for sleeping 6 comfortably with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bunk bed and full-size sofa couch. We can also include two Coleman cots for setting up under the bunk to make a total sleeping capacity of 8. The bunk is on an electric track and can be raised to the ceiling to open the back toy hauler area up for various uses. The camper is in great condition and the bathroom is a good size. It does have a Onan 4000 generator and if that is needed for some remote camping, that is something that can be discussed via direct messages.We will set up the camper at your camp site within a 50 mile radius of Mandeville, LA. Although the delivery location may only be 50 miles from our location, we will have to travel that 50 miles roundtrip twice (to and from for set up and then to and from for pick up) equating to a total of 200 miles driven. That total amount of driving (and hauling) is the reasoning for the rate per mile. We do not plan to allow renters to tow the camper; we will haul and set it up within 50 miles of Mandeville, LAWas ist inbegriffenCamping chairs, linens, cookware and utensils are included.Delivery costs are charged according to mileage with a minimum $100 delivery fee.EmpfehlungenFountainebleau State Park is our favorite park with its great shaded campsites, playgrounds, fishing pier, deer, splashpad and trails. And the best part of Fountainebleau is the beach area that has several areas that are shaded by huge cypress trees with exposed root systems and are perfect for hanging a hammock.
