One large slide out provides dinette and sofa, both can convert to full size sleeping area. Tv/roku in living area with indoor/outdoor radio. Bunk beds are full size beds with holding capacity of 600lbs. Large bathroom with full size shower. Slide out awning with LED lighting. Pop-up available with rental as well as small outdoor table and folding chairs for guests to use. Beautiful inside and out, provides spacious area for family and friends. Solar battery for lights. A/C and heating provides great living year round. Has full hook up capabilities as well as large holding tanks for off grid camping.We are able to drop off to RV site with added towing fee up to 100 miles from manteca, ca or pick up from us in Manteca, CA. Let our family luxury camping be yours as well. Please feel free to contact with any questions.
