Clean & Cozy 2018 bumper pull trailer that can sleep 6 people and has 2 air conditioners. Two can sleep comfortably in the master on a queen bed, 2-4 can occupy the bunk house, and 2 on the fold out couch. A $200 cleaning fee may apply if any of the above are found. Rental should be returned clean, a $135 cleaning fee will apply if the camper is not returned in rentable condition. Black/grey tanks should be emptied- $75 fee will apply if not done. A $50 fee will be charged if the camper is returned late. Renters are not allowed on the roof of Rental. all damage costs are the responsibility of the renter. Charges may include, but are not limited to, cost of repair or replacement, Parts, labor ($128/hr) loss of use, towing, storage or impound fees.
