Extremely disappointed. I was really looking forward to utilizing the amenities of this camper due to our main reason renting it was for access to showers & A/C because our trip was in the dead of summer (90degree days) & we were PRIMITIVE camping. We asked for a 10am drop off & our camper wasn’t delivered until 4:30pm. Therefore we didn’t get to use ANY of the amenities the first day. I was told that the onboard generator was broken and that they had to go get a different one. Why wasn’t that figured out the day before? Why was my paid time the time you took to figure that out? Why did I now have to handle a gas jug and sourcing fuel instead of the onboarded generator. Next. Water is pink. It wasn’t dewinterized. We never had hot water the whole time. & we couldn’t take showers because the water was never ran through to clean out the tanks from the toxic liquid they put in it in the winter to keep from freezing. We couldn’t brush our teeth using the sinks. Unfortunately whenever I called Levi to discuss my grievances I was told “whoops someone else’s camper had the same problem, our mechanic screwed up & didnt dewinterize” he admitted the problem but offered ZERO REMEDY. I thought this was a local family owned business so I thought they would value their customers dollar but apparently not :( Mind you we paid $300 just for the delivery only for it to be delivered missing amenities and unable to use as described and nearly 7 hours later than expected. CRAZY.
