Please Read: The Puma Palace is the perfect RV for your next family adventure. The 19ft trailer makes it easy to move and provides a comfortable living space for 5 people. Explore nature and take the Puma for a 'Quarantine Getaway' without having to use hotels. The Puma has been a favorite on Outdoorsy for a couple years, the prior owners had many great reviews and experiences, which we can share with you.We take cleaning very seriously and disinfect with medical grade cleaners. We have opted to make linens, the generator, delivery, and other items available as "add-ons" because there is such a massive range of experience levels and needs among renters. For trips greater than 60 miles we require the use of an Anti-Sway Hitch for your safety and comfort. We have one you can rent or you can use your own.Our ideal booking is 5+ nights, with the renter picking up and returning the RV. That doesn't mean we won't deliver, or do shorter bookings if it makes sense for both parties. When reaching out, please provide as much information as possible so we can answer your questions efficiently. We look forward to making your trip a great one. Memory foam mattress topper and cover are included on the master bed. Wheel chocks, and levelers included. Due to Outdoorsy not insuring the awning, we have provided a pop up gazebo and two chairs so you can enjoy some shade! Danny was great to work with and super helpful when I needed info regarding parts I needed to haul.
The trailer was awesome and fit our needs perfectly! Would recommend for any couples or families with small kids. The trailer was stocked with all kitchen needs and was super clean!

This was our first time renting/using a travel trailer. We enjoyed the experience and learned a lot. Danny and Megan were always available, responsive and helpful.

Danny was great. He was quick to respond to all our questions (and we had a lot as first time RVers). Meeting with him at the key exchange was seamless. He took his time with us and explained how everything worked.

Danny was a great host. He had the camper stocked with all the necessities needed and some extras to make our camping trip easier, he was very accommodating! He was also great at communicating. His camper was nice and clean. He was the perfect host!
