Supportive, communicative, and helpful
Ed and Holly are praised for quick responses, clear communication, and friendliness. They provide detailed walkthroughs and even supplied a hitch for a first-time hauler.
Easy to pull, well-stocked, clean
The camper is noted for being easy to pull, while still offering ample space. It's consistently clean, in excellent shape, and well-stocked with everything needed for family trips.

5.0Ed was very helpful and communicative. It was our first time hauling an RV and we brought an inappropriate hitch, but he provided one that would work.
