Leveling jacks extend and level the unit with a push of a button. The awning extends with a push of a button. Outdoor accessories include a a large out door rug, camping chairs and folding table, two burner outdoor propane stove, and propane red lava rock fire fit. Just pack a bag and bring food and you are all set for a relaxing time. Please note since the unit has been remodeled with non-standard equipment, there are only two seats with seatbelts.
