5.0Our experience with Jim and his RV was overall great, first and foremost because Jim was super communicative, helpful and supportive of our time with his camper. The RV itself has a very high end feel to it, great driving and comfort. The AC blows cold and there are plenty of additional niceties such as a complete spice rack. Luxury indeed! We camped next to some friends with a much lesser quality camper so we felt good about our home on wheels. We had a slight issue with the engine on the return trip home, and Jim went out of his way to meet us to retrieve the camper. A simple matter I'm sure, hope you got that fixed easily Jim!
