• No smoking or vaping inside the trailer — ever. • We love animals, but this unit is kept pet-free out of respect for all guests and to keep it clean for everyone — no pets, please. Thanks for understanding. • Keep it to the reserved number of occupants (sleeps 8). No subletting or transferring the rental. • No illegal activity, and please respect campground/site occupancy and quiet-hour rules. • Renter is responsible for handling tanks properly if hooked to sewer, or leaving gray/black tanks as agreed for pickup. Please don’t dump on the ground. • Report any damage, leaks, or mechanical issues to me right away — don’t wait until return. • Leave it as you found it: trash out, surfaces wiped, dishes clean. I reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee at $100/hour if the unit is returned needing more than normal turnaround. • Generator (if rented): keep it outside and well-ventilated, run per instructions, and refuel as needed. Renter covers fuel. If towing yourself: • Obey all posted speed limits; keep highway speed reasonable for a ~30 ft trailer (55–60 mph recommended). • Weight-distribution hitch with sway control must stay properly set the entire trip. • Do a walk-around and check tire pressure, lug nuts, lights, and hitch/safety chains before every drive. • Travel with tanks near empty unless otherwise agreed — don’t tow a full fresh-water tank. • No off-road or unimproved-road use. Driver must be 25+ with a valid license and the tow vehicle listed on the agreement.
