Thoughtful and high-quality build on a brand new van. Steffen was super flexible on pick-up and drop-off times. And helpful throughout the process. The van has a big bed that is wider than a queen bed. The "garage" under the bed is super spacious. Many nice touches throughout the van like a little shower in the back, usb ports near the bed, and paper towel holder above the sink. The van comes with all you need: from shades, to pan/pot, utensils, and even an emergency kit. The only downside I encountered is that the toilet is hard to access when the second row of seats is down (if that row has a child seat on, meaning the back rest of the seats can't move, you might not be able to access it at all). 5 Stars — would rent again without any doubts!

Steffen was an excellent host and his Sprinter van was built out really well and everything worked great. We had a wonderful experience.

!!! BEWARE!!! - The vehicle itself is great, but not the experience with the owner. He reported “scratches and a dent” damage after returning the vehicle, claiming my $750 security deposit and filing and insurance claim, involving Outdoorsy support, dispute agents, and two insurance companies (ongoing). I am hoping to update the review with final resolution, but from what it looks atm the insurance claim is unjustified and there won’t be any coverage.
