Hi there!  We are Kacey & Tiffanie Jensen and we own a husband and wife short term rental and property management business called Premium Rentals located out of Boise Idaho. The roots of this business started out when Kacey's incredible background in house flipping and renovations for 15 years joined in marriage with Tiffanie’s skills for interior design, creative writing and curiosity about the short term rental industry back in 2017. We were in the middle of renovating a property to fill with long term renters when Tiffanie suggested to Kacey that we try opening the house up as an Airbnb for guests instead. We took a shot at the new direction and instantly became hooked. We own many of our own short term rental properties, and managing short term rental properties for other people too.  We’ve said time and time again, short term renting is where it’s at and we’ve grown to love hosting, meeting unique people from all different walks of life & helping people feel at home when they are traveling.  We have been hosting for 5 years now across countless short term rental platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, Trip Advisor, HomeAway, Expedia and more.  Our goal has always been to go above and beyond in helping our guests feel at home while you're away from home and providing an excellent experience for travelers and families. Our dedication to optimizing each of our 50+ rentals has been evident as we have had Premium Rentals featured on our local news channel Boise CBS2, have earned Airbnb Super host status 20 consecutive times and we have maintained Premier Partner Status on Vrbo and HomeAway for 4 years.  When you book with us, we are confident that you will notice the quality of our property rentals being set apart from the rest and our customer service being of the highest standard and deepest sincerity. As a world traveling family with 5 young children ourselves, we constantly walk our own talk and believe strongly in our mission to give traveling families the kind of experiences and accommodations that we personally look for when we are away from home. We know that when you have a family and young children - the little things truly are the big things. That's why before we open a new property rental, we spend a night or two with our own family living and sleeping in the space and making sure we have what we need for a comfortable stay. From snacks to pack and plays, for little ones, we're confident that when you stay with us, you'll get a feel for how much we truly care about the comfort of all of our guests + we hold in high regard the privilege we have to care for our guests like family. Recently we launched our own websites which showcases all of our properties.
