Patee Family RV is ideal for both small and large families, as well as sports teams participating in tournaments. There is a special discounted rate available for local sports teams; feel free to inquire about pricing.Please note that our RV is available for delivery use exclusively. When booking for five nights or more, we include give a $100 discount on the delivery fee.We will arrange to meet you at your chosen destination at a mutually agreed-upon time to set up the trailer for you. Either my wife or I will dedicate as much time as necessary to guide you through the RV. It's important to note that we do not handle campsite bookings. You must provide proof, such as a reservation under the same name as on the rental agreement, confirming that it is permissible to park the trailer at the designated location for the reserved days.Our RV boasts a distinctive floor plan featuring three full-size queen beds, 1.5 baths, two entry points, and a spacious common area with extra-tall ceilings. Comfortably accommodating six people, it can extend its capacity to eight by utilizing the couch and the bed that folds down from the table.Was ist inbegriffenWe can accommodate all of your needs by providing a camp stove, BBQ, chairs, water and a generator at no additional cost. We do charge a flat fee of $40 for propane and NON-ETHANOL fuel for the generator, only if you require a generator.You will need to provide your own linens (Sheets, pillows and towels). Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I can accommodate most drop off and pick up times. I would prefer to not delver the trailer after 3pm, to allow my self to drive back home. Most checkout times are 11am.
