Thank you for considering our 2025 Keystone Coleman 17BX for your adventure! To ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for everyone, please review and follow the rules below:
1. No Smoking – Smoking inside the trailer is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in loss of the security deposit and additional cleaning fees.
2. Pet Policy – Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please clean up after them and keep them off the beds and furniture.
3. Towing Requirements – A 7-pin connector and trailer brake controller are required to tow this trailer safely. You must have a vehicle rated to tow at least 4,000 lbs.
4. No Off-Roading or Festivals – The trailer is not permitted at off-road sites, music festivals, or Burning Man. Use on paved roads and well-maintained campgrounds only.
5. Clean Return Policy – Please return the trailer in the same clean condition you received it. This includes:
Emptying black and gray tanks (unless dump fee was prepaid)
Cleaning interior surfaces
Removing all trash and personal items
6. Propane & Batteries – Propane tanks will be full upon delivery. If you use the tank completely, please refill or select the refill add-on. Battery usage should be monitored—use hookups whenever possible to recharge.
7. Mileage & Usage – This trailer is for leisure travel and camping, not long-term living or business use unless pre-approved.
8. Damage or Malfunctions – Please notify us immediately if anything breaks, malfunctions, or goes wrong during your trip. We’re here to help.
