• Pick up time: 11:00am / Return Time: 11:00am Rules: •BLACK AND GREY tanks must be returned empty and hoses completely washed and properly stored away. ($150 fee if not returned empty/washed). •PROPANE tank must be returned full. ($80 fee if not returned filled) •RETURN TIME - RV must be returned no later than 11AM ($20 extra for every hour late after 11AM) •AGE MINIMUM - 25 years w/valid Driver's License •NO SMOKING!! Smoking/Vaping is prohibited within the rental, please refrain from smoking in the RV. If it is determined that the unit was smoked in, you will be subject to loss of your security deposit. Cancelation Policy: • When a Renter makes a reservation with a departure date more than 14 days in advance, a Reservation Deposit is charged when GoneRVing, LLC accepts the reservation. This charge is 50% of the full cost of the trip. •When a Renter makes a reservation with a departure date less than 14 days in advance, a Reservation Deposit is charged in full. If a Reservation is canceled less than 14 days prior to the departure date 0% of the booking total is refunded. •When conducting a cash deal, and the reservation is canceled at any given time the corresponding cancelation fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If the fee is more than the already security deposit the renter is responsible for the difference, and must be paid within 72 hours of the reservation cancelation. Rental Vehicle Abandonment: The rental vehicle cannot be returned outside of office hours. Any attempt to return the rental vehicle outside of office hours is defined under the terms and condition of the rental contract as Abandonment of the rental vehicle. Abandonment of the rental vehicle is subject to a USD $2,000 - USD $5,000 in addition to any incidentals that may be due for miles traveled over the pre-purchased allotment, fuel tank refill, flush-out of wastewater tanks, cleaning, and/or damage. The clients will also forfeit the security deposit. GoneRVing, llc does not provide one-way rentals. All units must be returned to the hub.
