This unit will sleep 4 adults comfortably. 2 in the master RV queen sized bed and 2 above the cab on the king size bed. The bunks are rated for 120 lbs. The dinette table and the couch are shorter...so it would be more comfortable for kids or adults who sleep curled in a ball.
