Newer wifi smart tv new seats and also has everything needed for a camp site including outdoor equipment as far as hook ups go and mats for exterior lounging. Has new matresses, and new surround sound speakers with radio to enjoy a nice day of musicjams. Looking Foward to assist your vacations needs.
