This was our first time renting and driving an RV, and Casey made the entire experience easy and stress-free from start to finish. The RV was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It drove much easier than we expected, and everything worked great. The A/C kept us comfortable during some very hot days, and it was stocked with everything we needed. The YouTube videos and walkthrough before our trip answered all of our questions and gave us the confidence to hit the road. What really sets Casey apart is the level of customer service. On the first day of our trip, we had a minor issue with the water pump while camping about an hour and a half away. Instead of asking us to wait for a technician or cutting into our vacation, they spent time troubleshooting with us and then drove an hour and a half each way to our campsite. They diagnosed and fixed the problem themselves in about 45 minutes, and it worked perfectly for the rest of our seven-day trip. That kind of service is rare. They went well above and beyond to make sure our vacation wasn’t interrupted, and we truly appreciated the time and effort they put into taking care of us. This was a five-star experience from beginning to end. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Casey again, and we’d confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable RV and outstanding customer service.

Casey was great making sure we understood how everything worked with the motorhome. She sent videos which were very helpful. She contacted us on the second day to insure everything was going ok.
